• The Science of Life

Yuga Health integrates modern science with ancient Vedic dietary wisdom - including Ayurveda - to create simple and effective solutions for today's complex health challenges.

For thousands of years, Ayurveda has been practiced in India to promote health and fitness. The two main guiding principles of Ayurveda state the body and mind are inseparable from consciousness, and that nothing has more power to heal and transform the body and mind.

Ayurveda's 3 Pillars for Distinctive Quality Life:

1.'Ahar' (Diet)
2.'Nidra' (Sleep)
3.'Brahmacharya'

(Knowledge Acquisition and Optimization of Senses Desires)

'Ahar' – Diet

'Ahar' – Diet

One of the main pillars of Ayurveda is a diet guideline for when to eat, and what you eat to boost your health based on your most prominent energy or dosha. Ayurveda Therapeutic Measures in terms of herbs, alchemized metals, functional foods and nutrients are designed to achieve real therapeutics and have no side effects.

Some of the Ayurvedic eating practices include eating slowly to properly taste the food, but quickly enough so that it does not get cold; avoid talking and other distractions to fully enjoy your meal; and incorporate foods that are sweet, salty, bitter, pungent, astringent and sour. Our salt substitute ZEA, which consists of 80% potassium chloride, fits right in with the Ayurveda practices and will enhance the taste and flavor of any type of food.

How Can Ayurveda Solve Today's Healthcare Problems?

1Prevention of Disorders

The simplest way to avoid “lifestyle disorders: is to prevent them through regular, simple-to-follow daily discipline, which Ayurveda has best explained. E.g., daily mild exercise with harmonious breathing (30 min) at sunrise or sunset will prevent all heart-related* disorders.

2Daily Discipline

The infliction of “life-threatening diseases” is not abrupt; in fact, it builds-up due to improper daily discipline and manifests on one fine day. That’s why Ayurveda offers science and technology to properly conduct daily discipline consciously to avoid a life-threatening infliction. E.g., not to have cold and hot food at a time (honey over hot pancake) and such frequent consumption of mismatched food will lead to blood vessel-related disorders*.

3Awareness

"Ignorance is not always a bliss!" Ayurveda says. All health problems could not be on conscious surface; it is typically called "Subclinical Presentation" of diseases. Health longevity may possess underlying subclinical diseases, which can impede quality of life. Ayurveda has precisely given "As per Age" Personal and Social and Medical Hygiene that is so practical to implement and add immense value in increasing overall quality of life. Ultimately, if one is not contended inside, no matter, how much flourished outside, will not serve purpose of quality living.

4Safety

Sometimes drugs are deadlier than diseases and outweighs in Side & After effects to actual therapeutic effects. Ayurveda Therapeutic Measures in terms of Herbs, Alchemized Metals, Functional Foods & Nutrients are designed to achieve real therapeutics and exhibit no side effects and after effects.

5Smart Approach

Living with Ayurveda attitude is really economical because it's subtle and comprehensive and happens in integrals. There is no "One Action – One Effect" Theory in Ayurveda; rather it is "One Action-Multiple Effects." E.g., just getting up before sunrise has multiple effects on endocrine system. What could be the cost of adding tasty spices in daily food, taking two to three selective quality herbs as per one’s constitution, eat and drink moderately at proper times to prevent malignant diseases*?

6Economic

Every 10-15 years, modern drugs become obsolete and/or non-useful due to not keeping up pace of evolution. This adds magnanimous pressure on the entire health care system due to constant new drug development. Ayurveda Therapeutic Measures are so eternal that they are still so effective in all eras of time. E.g., dry ginger, turmeric, and black pepper with honey followed by hot water was prescribed thousands of years back for seasonal shift disorders. Today, it is still being practiced and equally effective.
